Mr W appeared before Maidstone Magistrates Court in November 2010 for speeding along the M26. Mr W was recorded as driving at 106.29 mph in a 70mph limit. After pleading guilty Mr Jeremy Betts of My brief Solicitors spoke on his behalf and eloquently persuaded the bench not to disqualify him from driving. Mr. W was given only 6 penalty points. After the hearing Mr W said he was highly relieved as he was in fear of losing his current employment and with it his house.
